Much of the land here has been used to create an oasis of biodiversity. From an aquifer in the ground we have created a precious lake that now waters the crops in a clean, natural manner. It is also home to fish and a number of other animal species, and it provides nourishment for reed beds and plant varieties that together form a perfectly balanced ecosystem. One that is regenerated every day, and that every day acquires new life as it grows.
Here the fruit fields and orchards are part of a world of respect, sensitivity and passion, where nature can at last be itself and express itself in our delicacies.
